Administrative Assistant

Job description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative support to our client while working remotely. This role is based anywhere in Morocco.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and organize managers’ calendars;

  • Manage teams travels and logisitics;

  • Manage expenses;

  • Organize internal meeting and write their reports;

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;

  • and varied other administrative queries.

Requirements and skills

  • You have 2 to 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role;

  • You are organized, proactive and flexible;

  • You are a good communicator and an active listener;

  • You are a problem solver and always work as far ahead as possible;

  • You are fluent in both English and French;

  • You have a good command of MS Office and are willing to learn new softwares.
