
Administrative Assistant
Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative support to our client while working remotely. This role is based anywhere in Morocco.
Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and organize managers’ calendars;
Manage teams travels and logisitics;
Manage expenses;
Organize internal meeting and write their reports;
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
and varied other administrative queries.
Requirements and skills
You have 2 to 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role;
You are organized, proactive and flexible;
You are a good communicator and an active listener;
You are a problem solver and always work as far ahead as possible;
You are fluent in both English and French;
You have a good command of MS Office and are willing to learn new softwares.
