We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to support one of our clients in the health and wellness space. This role is ideal for a finance-savvy professional with a strong track record in startups, ready to tackle operational and strategic challenges in a fast-paced environment. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to ensure operational and financial excellence.

Location: Remote (aligned with Central European Time, UTC+01:00)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:

    • Build and maintain detailed P&L models, revenue forecasts, and financial analyses.

    • Work closely with leadership to set budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.

    • Collaborate with external advisory firms to refine financial reporting and systems.

  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Develop and implement workflows to optimize team operations and resource allocation.

    • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely service delivery.

    • Manage contracts, negotiations, and day-to-day operational needs.

  • Talent Management:

    • Oversee hiring workflows, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts to scale the team effectively.

    • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, fostering alignment with organizational goals.

  • Project Leadership:

    • Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely execution.

    • Act as a key point of contact for leadership, representing them in internal and external meetings.

About you

  • 5+ years in finance, operations, or strategy, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to build financial models, manage budgets, and analyze complex data to support decision-making.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and rapid pace of high-growth startups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets and operational platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
