Acceptance of Terms
We work with clients worldwide, provided that deliverables are in English or French and payment terms are agreed upon. By using our site, you ("the client") agree to these terms. Our agreement with you is effective immediately upon your first use of our services.

Office Hours & Communication
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central European Time). Project information, updates, and milestones will be delivered via email or another agreed-upon method. Email delivery is free; other methods (e.g., courier) will be charged at cost.

Expenses
Expenses related to client work, such as mileage, international calls, vendor payments, and shipping, are billed to the client. Costs for on-site visits include meeting time, travel time, and mileage. Payment for reimbursable expenses is due upon receipt.

Responsibilities
This collaboration is a professional partnership. We expect respectful and timely communication. We will communicate project requirements and clarifications to provide the best support. Poor planning or delays on the client’s part do not constitute an emergency on our end.

Accuracy
The client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided. We are not liable for errors in services resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information from the client.

Payment Options
All services are prepaid on our website. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed.

Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and only used for the agreed work. This confidentiality remains in effect after the agreement ends, and all client documentation will be returned upon termination.

Privacy
Your information will not be used without consent. We will only request personal information necessary for providing services.

Copyright and Trademark
All content on our website is the property of Tandem or protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of site materials is prohibited.

Non-solicitation
For 24 months following the end of our relationship, you agree not to solicit or hire Tandem employees. Violation of this clause will result in a €50.000 fine.

Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, email info@hellotandem.co with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will end at the close of the next billing period after this notice. Sales are final after a 15-day trial period, and no refunds will be issued.
